1) Doing sautes (a kind of jump) with a low hanging light above you. It will give you a bump on the back of your head.
2) Doing devoloppes when the barr isn't even as long as your leg is. It gives you a sore foot.
I, infact, did these things today while practising ballet. As result, I have a bump on the back of my head (which luckily is healing fast) and a sore foot, (which is still sore).
However, I feel good for practising.

HI Izi! I am a friend of Lauren Garry and she put me onto your blog.My name is Cassie. I think your blog is cool amd I will be a follower. I also do ballet and love it. I agree that you should never do a saute bellow a low light!

OUCH that would hurt. At the moment I have a very sore back from practiceing flicks (a backwards flip on the trampoline) with my gymnastic friend Rachel.
Hi Izi,
Cassie put me onto this after Lauren (don't know her) put Cassie told me about it! I wish I could be a follower but Mum and Dad don't really like us going on websites/blogs in case we see bad stuff on them. I'm nearly 11 and I have been doing ballet since I was 8, but I still have NO IDEA what a saute is!
